Load a widget | WordPress.org

Hello!

I am writing to know if you know some solution for this issue: In the post of my blog, I use a plugin “Essential Addons for Elementor” which allows me to use an index of the post headings.

However, W3 Total Cache disallows the load of this widget, which is displayed as loading. If I reload the windows, the index finally loads.
Is there something I can change in the configuration of W3 Total Cache? Or are they just incompatible?
