WooCommerce Analytics extension does not affect export generaton

I’ve successfully extended the WooCommerce Analytics and Revenue pages/screens so that when I select my custom filter options, the correct data is displayed on screen, but when I try to export/download the data using the “Download” button, the generated CSV is not affected by the filter.

In the case of the Orders page/screen, I do see that the ajax/REST request for export generation includes my filter by name, and has the correct value. In the case of the Revenue page/screen, the ajax/REST request for export generation does not include the filter name/value.

I’d appreciate if anyone has information about how I can have my custom filter affect the export data, and also why the Revenue screen/page does not include the parameter and value in the ajax/REST request.
