Paypal payment is not showing at checkout

Hi, I’m setting up a new store. Paypal and credit cards is the only method it’s accepting. But where it should have the buttons, all that is there is a box that says “Debit and Credit Cards”. I have checked the settings over and over again, and it looks like it’s all correct. I tried disabling all the plugins and changing the theme and I’m still having the same trouble.
