Having a self hosted video banner under header

I would like to add a .mp4 video as a banner on top of the site (which goes under the header area too). I use WP Bakery as the block editor.

• How to make the video (mp4) to auto start and loop with sound
• how to make the video to fill up the whole width while responsive.

My WP bakery in full width doesn’t stretch the video. Also the auto play and loop which can be found in editing media doesn’t work either. Any advice would be appreciated!
