Make.com scenario getting triggered before payment

I’m using my WooCommerce store to sell online courses that are on another platform, i.e. they buy it on Woo, and they get enrolled in the other platform that delivers the content. I’ve had a make.com scenario set up for me that handles this automation, and the scenario is triggered by a webhook when an order gets received. I’m getting BTCPay Server set up. Think I did everything correct. When I checkout, I get the QR code with the bitcoin address to send to, but then I notice that I receive the welcome to the course email, and another email that are triggered when someone gets enrolled in the course platform. This is happening before any payment is made which is obviously a problem. Any ideas?
