B2BKing Forms are not displayed.

We have completed the installation process as stated in the address, but as seen below, B2BKing forms do not appear for us. Other forms are there but B2BKing forms do not appear. We are using 6.5.2 as WordPress version. I think the version we use does not support the plugin. What do you suggest as a solution?
