No response for Premium Support

Hello, we have been waiting since Monday for a response to our email response to you, it’s now Friday with no response, Email ticket number is #766599735.

We requested a refund on a particular invoice as being internationally based we had issues paying from abroad so a family member did it for us. You refunded the wrong invoice and disabled the plugin on our website associated to our email/website address, which we specifically requested for you not to do and provided the invoice we want a refund on. Can you please respond to our support ticket / billing support ticket and help us resolve this, as it’s urgent.
