Contextual links stopped working? | WordPress.org

Our website has a large amount of amazon affiliate links and we’ve never had any issues. Recently now we’re seeing this in all new posts and the majority of our old pages as well:

Auto Amazon Links: No products found. http_request_failed: A valid URL was not provided. URL: https://ws-na.amazon-adsystem.com/widgets/q?SearchIndex=MoviesAndTV&multipageStart=0&multipageCount=20&Operation=GetResults&Keywords=Contextual-Unit&InstanceId=0&TemplateId=MobileSearchResults&ServiceVersion=20070822&MarketPlace=US Cache: AAL_dea89e1f8e7f6f9b44cbdbe34ff0cba2

No changes have been made within the plug-in or and other settings.
I made other “contextual unit” options and choose alternative URL formatting but that did not make a difference.

I left the errored out section in the example page below as well incase that helps.
