Manage Woocommerce permission affecting Dashboard access

(Sorry I had wrongly posted the below in reviews but can’t find where to delete the review)

When the “Manage Woocommerce” permission is removed from a role, users with that role can not view the Dashboard or Admin Bar. Restoring “Manage Woocommerce” permission, restores their access to the Dashboard and Admin Bar.

This is a major issue for me as I don’t want my staff having access to the Payments section of Woocommerce. How do I deal with this issue please?
