Product import and category hierarchies

Hi,

I imported ~1000 products to WooCommerce from csv file. Then I noticed that category hierarchies are messed up. Hierarchy names are correct but I think every product created a new slug for category. There are now 1000 extra hierarchies with same name but slug has different number at the end.

WordPress and WooCommerce are up to date. Regenerated product lookup tables and recounted terms after import. Import went ok last time I had to add products (couple of years ago) and new file was created like before. Categories field is correct in the csv file (Name1 > Name2 > Name3). What could cause this and how to fix this. OF course I didnät do backup before because everything was ok last time….
