Can’t Add FedEx To Shipping Zones

I added the FedEx plugin because I sell spray paint & it needs to be shipped via ground shipping so I installed the plugin, and it shows at checkout but even after selecting FedEx shipping for the aerosol products you can still select other shipping methods. I thought if I created the Ground shipping method for the spray paint then in each paint product chose FedEx shipping only the FedEx method would be available. If the customer can still select USPS then I have to email them and have them send the rest of the money for the shipping price (because they always choose the cheapest price regardless of notification)…I also added a “shipping conditions” plugin to try to force any spray paint product to have to use FedEx but when I go to select FedEx when I create the condition it says there is no FedEx shipping. I’m at a loss here. Is there something I’m missing?? The rates show up and the plugin works for the most part but for what I *really* need it to do I can’t get it to work. Any help is appreciated.
