WPSSO appears to be outputting ID based links

I’m running
WPSSO Core Premium Version 17.7.0
WPSSO Update Manager Version 5.1.0
WordPress Version 6.4.2

I was reviewing open issues in Google Search Console, and noticed an unusually high number of pages on my site with 404s due to redirects (like below).

https://www.meeplemountain.com/?p=281659

After doing a bit of digging it turns out that many (all?) pages on my site are outputting HTML which is causing search engines to crawl undesired pages.

For example, visiting the 1215 URL above takes you to this page:
https://www.meeplemountain.com/reviews/macaron/

and if you view source on that page you’ll find the following:

https://www.meeplemountain.com/?p=1215"/>
"@id": "/reviews/macaron/#sso/review/1215",

The second occurrence is found inside the JSON+LD block so it might be causing the crawl, but the first one definitely needs to be removed. Could someone help me remove it please?
