WooCommerce Verification Email and Payments

New to wordpress here. My account isn’t verified on WooCommerce and the email wasn’t received and I can’t get it resent without contacting support I think – which requires being logged in. Also my payments was rejected and clicking “Edit Details” just causes “There was a problem redirecting you to the account dashboard. Please try again.”

Any idea how to proceed? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
