Paypal, order on hold | WordPress.org

Hello, I’m trying to troubleshoot an issue with Paypal and Woocommerce. I created a dummy test account on my site, and purchased a virtual item. However, in my “Orders” page, it says the item is “on hold”. The paypal account I used to make the payment says it went through successfully, and I got charged. However, WordPress and Woocommerce want me to manually approve the sale. Why isn’t this doing it automatically? Please help, and thank you all!
