Packlink pro not syncing correctly with woocommerce

Hi,

I added the packlink pro plugin with my woocommerce store, the shipping orders inside packlink are created, but in my woocommerce store the packlink label field says the label is not yet available, the packlink link still leeds to checkout the shipping order and although the shipping is already delivered the woocommerce order still stays in processing. The manual synchronisation is disabled and I only added the order status update for completed once the packlink status changed to delivered.

Could you help me understand why the order status is not changing automatically and why the packlink label says not available. Am I missing something?
