The plugin dashboard shows this message about recommendations:

I have these security headers enabled and for some reason, the plugin is now saying it doesn’t find them enabled. Not sure if this happened after the last update. Anyway, I confirmed that they are enabled by inspecting my website browser dev tools, as well as, using securityheaders.com.
