Other place for th Cookie tab

Hi,

I have a fixed footer on my site (only for tablets and smartphones) and the Cookies tab hides some part of this fixed footer.

I use the widget Cookie tab.
Is there a way to have it more above the fixed footer with some pixels above for example please ?
