Destination URL Status code checker

Can you please develop a functionality that checks the status code of the URLs that we set as the destination of the redirects and notifies us if it is a 404 or a 301 to be able to fix them, replacing the URLs or unlinking them in the cases that we want? It would be something like what Broken Link checker already does, but for links not present in the HTML but only in redirects.
