“Oops, no tickets!” on Get Tickets page

We’re using The Event Calendar (free version) with the Tickets addon (free) on our site.

Whenever I select my tickets and press the “Get Tickets” button in my events, the Tickets Checkout page loads with an “Opps, no tickets! Please browse events and add tickets to check out.” message.

We’re using a Lightspeed cache enabled server and quic.cloud CDN. I’ve tried adding the pages to Lightspeed’s exclude list as well as disabling caching, but the problem persists. On the checkout page, the “?tec-tc-cookie” param is present in the URL, so the event page is attempting to pass the cookie. I’ve tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox browsers, and all produce the same result.

I have tested on another website on another non-lightspeed-cached server, and everything works fine there, so it’s something with my site specifically.
