SCAN FAILED – wordfence | WordPress.org

Hi, i have this problem with my wordfence scan,

The scan has failed because we were unable to contact the Wordfence servers. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably.

The error returned was: There was an error connecting to the Wordfence scanning servers: cURL error 28: Failed to connect to noc1.wordfence.com port 443: Connection timed out

I follow the istructino to solve it but nothing happens. Can you please help?
