Create several category’s and filters on submit

Hi, I am a total beginner but has been using forminator for a while now by just using the widgets as is.
I want to expand a bit further, but im totally confused and hopefully you can help me or point me in the right direction .
What im trying to do is create a form for my musicians upon joining.
At present im using the sign up module for the registration, but what i need to do now when submitted is create 1 x show page 2 catagorys + several filters all with the name of user .
