It works – just keep trying – [Backup Migration] Review

Wanted to take a star off for the days of delays and errors it caused. Thought about giving up multiple times but it’s one of the lightest and (supposedly) intuitive plugins/ways to back up and restore out there.

There’s no customer service to speak of when you run into error codes. You’d just have to have faith to keep trying the same exact process over and over again while hoping for the best. The link restore didn’t work for me but it was the hard copy upload that finally did it for me after over half a dozen attempts of uploading and restoring – the same exact process.

Did I mention it’s free?

So all in all five star because at the end it worked (after many days of frustration). My site is up and running perfectly now.
