Create orders / List and edit only user own created orders

Hi,
How to give the user permission to only create orders, and access and edit only his own created orders.
I followd the instructions given in this link: WooCommerce – view and edit orders only | User Role Editor (role-editor.com),
but the user still doesn’t have permission to create new orders (or access the orders list) unless i enable the “edit_others_shop_orders” permission, but if i enable it, the user will be able to see and edit all orders.
