Foreach array crash using display conditions, newest vers

WordPress 6.5.2
Elementor free 3.21.0
EHFB 1.6.27
(all the latest installs from the wordpress dashboard plugin installer)
PHP 8.1-8.3 (didn’t test below 8.1)
Fresh install of wordpress with no other plugins

Choosing something from the Display conditions dropdown in the editor and then hitting the Publish or update buttons causes this error to appear where the display conditions dropdown was (it disappears completely) when the page refreshes.

Replicated on two different website providers/servers
Some other websites do not appear to have the issue
Elementor Pro does not appear to have the issue at this time
Xpro’s Theme Builder does not appear to have the issue
