Word Count Minimum Not Taking Effect

Hello,

I set Word Count minimums of 250 (without maximums) for ad positions 3 and 4—desktop ads in the post feed that are typically inserted 35% + 85% through a post—but they still seem to be showing in a recent post under the word minimum: https://lit.newcity.com/2024/04/29/lit-top-5-may-2024/

I also set this standard at newcitystage.com and it seems to be working okay there, so trying to figure out why it’s not taking effect on this site.
