Woocommerce app not showing visitors and conversion

As for this thread https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-app-not-showing-visitors-and-coversion/ we also are facing this issue. On 1 iPhone of 3 it works. It doesn’t depend on the wp role.

Plus we can’t get the system report txt in the woo system status (we followed the guide but there’s no button to download the system status).
