Where is the API request and API response location for an order

Sorry that we didn’t get to the bottom of this in the previous thread.
I want to raise one thing: you are talking about WooCommerce Payments, but this support forum is for the PayPal Payments plugin (however, with the question you are raising I can still help you).

What MTS wants from you is the Transaction ID (the linked reference that you will find for all PayPal transactions in the top of WooCommerce order. The other item they would like to get from you is the Debug ID. This one can only be found in the logs of our plugin (possibly also for WooCommerce payments, but I am not sure about that). In your case, you might want to find the logs of the plugin, find the time when the order was placed and send MTS the logs of that time, so they have everything (possibly more), so they won’t come back for more information again.

If these were logs from our plugin, I could help you, but I don’t have much experience with WooCommerce Payments. If you want us to take a look, you can also share such details with us via a private engagement with us.
