VAT missing from order summary

Hi!

I’ve just opened up my webshop and I’m experiencing some trouble with the VAT. My price across the website is set to include the VAT in the price, but the order summary does not mention the portion of the VAT and it seems to be missing from it.

Price is set 10 euros at checkout, with VAT showing, but in the screenshot here you can see the price before discount is 8,26. What is going wrong? Are the orders not showing VAT collection at all? Is Woocommerce holding the VAT portion of the tax on their end? And how can I see it?

My region is Netherlands but the order was based in Spain, which might explain why the 21% tax isn’t showing, but the tax breakdown does appear during checkout if I try and replicate the order with that same discount, so I am not sure what’s going wrong.
