Unable to get “More Details” in Column List

Hello – Running WP 6.2.2, Blocksy theme 1.8.94

Using this shortcode generated by the shortcode generator:
[spiffy-upcoming-list title=”What’s On at the Center!” limit=”0″ style=”Columns” num_columns=”3″ manage_title=”Your events”]

All events are showing full details, rather than truncated details with a “More Details >>” link. Is there a setting in the options that I’m missing, or is there something else I need to do to truncate the info shown in the columns style?
