Hello @lucas041 it would be best to tell us which payment gateway you’re using. That would help tremendously, but I can safely say they’ve suspended your account and it’s probably for many reasons that we can’t help here. This is outside this forums terms. We are here only for WooCommerce core issues. This is a payment gateway issue.
