First of all, please make sure you have the latest version of the main Paid Member Subscriptions plugin active on your site, that being version 2.11.8.
Now regarding the issue, you can first try to log out of your Stripe account, log back in, and then attempt the connection. If that doesn’t help then clear the cache and cookies from your browser. Then go to Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments and try again to Connect with Stripe.
If it still does not work, please use another browser (that you don’t really use) to make the connection, while again making sure that you also clear the cache and cookies from this browser.
