Site Settings-> Typography-> Link wont reset

The link seems stuck on a global color, even if i try to choose a non global from the colour picker, or reset it, its still highlighted as global. i went through the appearance customizer to make sure i didnt have a setting preventing it from changing and i have nothing set on typography there.
