Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

Hi,

I’ve been having this problem (Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue) for a while now. I turned off the Security by CleanTalk plugin a while ago, and the problem stopped. However, I completely forgot about the issue until a couple of days ago, when I discovered that my contact form was being used to spam others. As such, I turned the plugin back on and the spam problem stopped, but the ‘Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue’ problem returned. Is there a fix?

BTW, I’m running v2.234.3 of the Security by CleanTalk plugin, but it seems that I’m unable to delete it.
