Profile primary and secondary buttons text is cut off

Hi there, I can’t seem to figure out how to change the appearance of the primary (update) and secondary (cancel) profile buttons. Currently, the words I use for the primary and secondary button are “Update” and “Cancel”, however, the primary button always gets cut off, only leaving the “Up” part and the secondary button shows all the characters but the button is vertical, not horizontal.

How would I be able to fix this? (Please note that I am very new to this and looked into whether it was creating a new profile template, but because I am new I want to see if any other solutions exist before I start learning how to build templates). Thank you in advance for your assistance.
