Plugin not working according to settings – [Order Minimum/Maximum Amount for WooCommerce] Review

I have one product category where products have a minimum weight setting. The plugin displays messages for ALL products and not just that one product category that has a MOQ based on weight. So what this tells me is that the plugin is not adhering to the setup rules
