Pickup location list | WordPress.org

Since one of the courier (Latvijas pasts) has stopped the possibility of receiving the package in some pickup locations (Circle K), I have removed the relevant shipping method. However, after the case with one of the customer I check and found that the relevant list of pickup locations is still there and it is possible to select it. Plugin is updated to latest version and manual update too. Will changes be made to the list or must it be done manually, if so then how.
