New lines in product descriptions break CSV

Hi, I created a CSV feed that contains (among other data) the product descriptions but when I try to import the CSV in Excel/Calc then the columns are all messed up. It looks like all new lines in product descriptions break the CSV.

I tried to get quotes as delimiters by setting them as pre- and postfix but these get stripped after saving the feed options.

Is there any way to solve this problem? Thanks ?
