Mobile show desktop layout, not the mobile layout

Hi, I’m using the Info theme for a while. Lately, I’ve changed the layout for the homepage. But the homepage on mobile is different for different types of phones. On the Iphone, it’s ok, but in some android phones, the page shows the desktop layout, instead of the mobile layout. You can see in the picture: https://postimg.cc/v4Kjb6DF
