Let User Edit Location Marker Info

Hello, I like the plugin but I need to know how they can edit the marker after it has been created. I just need to be able to change the status. I am using it to mark power outages and I want to be able to change the icon from red to green for example, but I want the user (not registered user even) to be able to do it. Is this possible?
