Clearly run by people with poor business ethics. Pre-sales team responded quickly but after-sales service is ridiculously slow and ineffective basically said they would only refund me after I remove my bad review

Took 3 weeks for them to fix 1 problem, which then triggered another problem. By then, I’d found a better alternative, but when I asked for a refund, they said they would only process it AFTER I remove my bad review… and proceeded to e-mail me several more times asking if I had removed my review.

“If you still want to go ahead with the refund then I’ll forward your refund request to the concerned department, and for the refund to get initiated, could you please remove your review from wordpress.org? Please, do let me know.”

Eventually, QSM did process my refund *on the condition that I remove my bad review after, and as expected, their “support” team hounded me until I actually found the time to remove my review LOL

I can see QSM being a good option for simple quizzes with point system, etc. but if your quiz requires logic/conditional functions, there are much better options for the same/less price with more user-friendly/less out-dated and problematic backend and more efficient, effective, and responsive support team.
