Issues with Fonts after deinstalling the plugin

Dear DragBlock Developers,

I usually don’t develop for WordPress-Websites, so please forgive me, if I say anything that is obvious.

The Issue:

While developing a WordPress Theme (Fullsite Editing), I did have, in fact, a fully working WordPress Theme, where all my fonts, which I have set up in my theme.json were displayed properly.

After testing out the DragBlock Plugin, all my theme.json font declarations (local fonts) seemed to be overwritten, since my website was shown in Times New Roman suddenly.

My theme.json

I received this error in chrome, although I didn’t make any changes to my theme.json

--wp--preset--font-family--default is not defined

So I decided to upload my fonts into the built-in font-library of your plugin. Sadly, it didn’t resolve the issue. Hence, I decided to deinstall your plugin, to remove any made changes.

But even after disabling and removing the plugin, the fonts were still not shown, and the Website only showed the Theme in Times New Roman.

Naturally, I thought it would be a Caching Issue, maybe related to Gutenberg itself. It was not.

After some research, I found out, that even after disabling the plugin, Drag Block still inserted a Script into my head section.

I could make out the source, but my guess is, that even after disabling the plugin, files, or database entries might still mess with the Gutenberg Editor.

The Solution:

Sadly, I couldn’t find a solution in WordPress 6.4. But after an upgrade to WordPress 6.5 it was possible to use the new Font Library within the Site Editor to remove the uploaded font and choose my selected fonts in my theme.json again.
