Is there a way the Admin can edit results with multiple votes?

Is there a way as admin I can go into the backend and edit the results by adding the number of votes received?

For example to add a number of votes per answer, e,g, I may have need to add 10 votes to answer B. We don’t want to do this one at a time as there may be 100’s of votes to add.

We are gathering votes another way, therefore want to transfer the vote count to the Poll
