Infinite Redirect after install | WordPress.org

Unfortunately after installing this plugin, I was immediately locked out of my account due to an infinite 302 redirect that looks like: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=shipping&section=flexible_shipping_info

My wordpress host is currently disabling it. I would really like to use this plugin. How should I go about that?
