WP Crash after updating The SEO Framework to 5.0.6

Hello, when I update the SEO Framework to version 5.0.6 the WP site crashes. I use the latest WP version and MySQL 8.0. The site only works if I deactivate the SEO Framework. I have currently imported another backup with version 4.2.8. Since then it’s been working again. Can any of you help me with this? I can’t find the error. At first I assumed that there was an incompatibility with a plugin I was using. I then deactivated the plugins one after the other, but that didn’t work. Thanks in advance for your help.
