Is there any way to stop the drop down menu scrolling with the page?

Hi for now I have disabled GTranslate on my site but I am wondering if it is possible with CSS in Divi Theme to stop it floating as you scroll when you set it to top right float. With this setting it over rides text on the page on mobile view and I want it locked at top right so it doesn’t scroll down the page. Is there any CSS that can be added to Divi options to achieve this? Unfortunately I run Uber menu and if I select primary menu it goes to the left under menu items and if I select uber menu it does not show up at all. Thanks
