Header Issue – I’m Losing My Mind

Hoping someone can help me. I have different header sizes across the website.

Masquerades Band | Rock Pop Band Liverpool | Wedding, Events (silverdogmusic.co.uk) is an example of an artist page with a deep header and too big. http://www.silverdogmusic.co.uk is an example of the header size i want across all my pages.

I have done hours of troubleshoooting and i cant fix it. Can anyone help?
