gallery with text/ media with text , image top, text below

I would to add a gallery to my website with image on top and text below for adding latest releases.

It could also be a template/pattern with media and text, but what I found in my

WordPress 6.3.2 running Twenty Twenty-Three theme

the examples have either got the orientation wrong or other details like text not the way I want.

Can anyone help me get/ setup the right template/pattern for this?
