Form submission sequence skipped a number

I have a form for receiving poetry submissions.

The Forminator report shows 37 entries were received. And all 37 entries successfully landed in my inbox.

However, the sequencing in the Forminator Dashboard shows #23 missing. I did not go into the database at any point during the submission period, so there is no way this could have been accidentally deleted (I am the only one with admin access).

Is there is another explanation for what may have happened? I would hate for a submission to miss out due to a glitch.

I cannot attach a screenshot of the submission entries, and I don’t have anywhere to upload it into URL. Is there another way I can get this screenshot to you?
