disable APCu for a specific script

Hello. Thank you for the great job. I love your lightweight solutions.

I have a problem: some background scripts crash when the APCu plugin is active. Is it possible to disable APCu caching for a specific script or db query? Something like this: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_suspend_cache_addition/

Btw Is there any description how the plugin works? Which queries it caches?
