CSS breaks when updating site unrelated to Depicter

It seems when updating website content unrelated to Depicter, it causes the CSS part of the slide to break, thus just showing unformatted text on the slider. See image below.

What fixes (TEMPORARILY) is to purge cache. But this isn’t tenable as it isn’t lasting and requires manual input. I have looked at your guide here https://depicter.helpscoutdocs.com/article/267-not-showing-ssl#Problems-caused-by-optimization-plugins-zkF_X

I have used Siteground optimizer but had all the CSS and JS optimizations turned off with the issue still happening.
